Richard has been cleaning my carpet for years. I wouldn't have anybody else do it except for him.  I have had to call several times with emergency carpet cleaning due to red wine spills, grime stains from dirty concrete boots and pets.  Richard would give me a temporary solution to the problem and be over within two days to clean the area.  Richard also has a magic spray that he gave me that takes care of small problems.  He also does a beautiful job on furniture.
