Gold Coast Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Gold Coast Carpet & Upholstery uses the cleaning process called hot water extraction. This is the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) preferred and recommended method of cleaning carpet.

Initial Walk-Thru

Richard starts by walking with you to review any problem spots or stains that you would like cleaned. He listens to your needs and identifies some options available to you after reviewing your carpets. Carpet Cleaning

Richard starts by pre-spraying the carpet with a biodegradable enzyme solution. He then cleans the carpet with another biodegradable solution and rinses with a hot water extraction process designed to penetrate below the top layer of the carpet and pull out dirt and grime from your carpet.  Both solutions have been tested and used by industry professionals to achieve the best results in carpet and upholstery care.

Drying Time

The carpet is always damp after a cleaning service and Richard helps you take the precautions necessary while your carpet dries. You can fall when traveling from a damp carpet to a hard floor. To prevent such falls, Richard helps you place area rugs at high traffic areas for you to step on instead of slipping. For additional areas with no rugs, Richard provides two white, clean shop towels as a transition between carpet and hard flooring. He carries a large area fan designed to increase the dry time as well as help you set your thermostat to also speed up the drying process.

We highly recommend applying a carpet protectant to prevent future stains. We make sure you know all your options and educate you to let you make the best decision for your carpet and upholstery.
